Former Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Radomska Wytwórnia Telekomunikacyjna S.A. Experience of many years as a lawyer in charge of due diligence processes carried out in connection with mergers and acquisitions of Polish and foreign entities. Marcin Szymańczyk has worked as a lawyer in charge and key advisor in multi-levelled real estate transactions and financial instruments transactions with the participation of banks and investment funds.
