Experience of many years as an associate or consultant of several Warsaw firms specializing in the provision of legal service for institutions and businesses. In her practice Aneta Walewska-Borsuk has on a regular basis acted as a member of competition and tender commissions appointed by health-care service providers. Aneta has assisted in several tens of complex, multi-level business transactions, working out optimal tax structures and non-standard legal solutions. She has carried out or participated in many due diligence processes of businesses and capital groups at the request of third party investors interested in buying or restructuring these businesses and capital groups. She has drafted the key documentation in the course of construction investment undertakings acting with utmost care to protect the legal and financial interests of her clients. She has gained extensive experience acting for entities implementing real estate commercialization strategies and drafting and supervising the performance of agreements for the lease of large-size facilities. Aneta has represented Clients in many complex and unprecedented disputes before courts and public administration bodies such as the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland or the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante.
