Attorney Aneta Walewska-Borsuk has several years of professional experience in providing legal advisory services to institutional and business clients. For leading Polish developers, architects and investors, she performs analyses along with an assessment of risk of acquiring real estate, increasing their investment opportunities and carrying out investment projects. On behalf of the above-mentioned, she applies for decisions on development conditions, building permits, environmental decisions and decisions based on special acts. Furthermore, she is an adviser on the process of handling investments, providing customized solutions. Aneta Walewska-Borsuk is involved in drafting, amending and cancelling local spatial development plans and a study of conditions and directions of spatial development. Her area of expertise also includes the provision of advisory services to entities implementing real estate commercialization strategies, for whom she drafts large-scale retail facility lease agreements and supervises their performance.
Attorney Aneta Walewska-Borsuk has participated in dozens of multi-level business transactions and developed optimal tax structures and unconventional solutions.
She represents clients in complicated and precedent-setting court and administrative disputes in the sectors of real estate and public procurement. She also prepares tender documentation on the part of contractors and ordering parties, represents them before the National Appeals Chamber and the District Court in Warsaw and advises on drafting, amending and terminating public procurement contracts. Aneta Walewska-Borsuk has gained extensive experience in providing advisory services to a Korean manufacturer of rolling stock and its Turkish subcontractor, analysing their national documents and adapting them to Polish law.

Aneta Walewska-Borsuk is an author of several dozen press publications in the field of real estate, environmental protection and public procurement, as well as a book entitled „Odpowiedzialność majątkowa funkcjonariuszy publicznych za rażące naruszenie prawa” (“Financial Liability of Public Officials for Flagrant Violation of Law”) published by the Municipium Publishing House, August 1, 2011.

Attorney Aneta Walewska-Borsuk graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in European Union Law at the University of Warsaw.
