Real estate law (management and rental of commercial real estate, providing services to real estate agencies and housing cooperatives), corporate law (drafting opinions and commercial contracts); bankruptcy law, litigation, negotiations, joint ventures, business projects, criminal law, decree matters.
Professional experience:
Karol has got experience working for Warsaw law firms. In his career, he has provided legal services to business entities in procedural, administration and transactional matters. He represented clients in numerous complex business law suits and in trade agreement negotiations. In addition, he has extensive experience in day-to-day advisory provided to entrepreneurs in various areas of law.
Other:
In the years 2017–2020 he was an attorney trainee of the Warsaw Bar Association. He is a graduate of law from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration, where he defended his master’s thesis in company law written under the supervision of Professor Tomasz Siemiątkowski. In addition, he graduated from the School of German Law at the University of Warsaw and the School of German Law and Foreign Policy at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. Karol was awarded the DAAD Foundation scholarship at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and took part in the FDI Moot Court 2015 international arbitration competition in London.
