Professional experience:
He gained his professional experience working in law firms in Krakow. He provided comprehensive services to business entities operating, among others, in the real estate, retail, manufacturing, furniture, hotel and catering industries. He also provided legal assistance in international airport.
During his professional career, he advised entrepreneurs both in the corporate and commercial aspect (establishing and selling companies, servicing company bodies and their meetings, creating internal regulations, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts) as well as in procedural (debt recovery, corporate disputes, legal disputes) construction, contractual disputes).
Other:
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, where he defended his master’s thesis at the Department of Public Economic Law. “Abusive clauses in developer contracts” written under the supervision of prof. Anna Walaszek – Pyzioł. After graduating from law studies, he completed a legal adviser apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow, and then passed the legal adviser exam.
